Advocate

The Education Alliance of Washoe County, a 501(c)3, has a firmly established, active Advocacy Committee.  This committee is charged with advocating for educational supports in our community in an appropriate manner.  This committee and our Board of Directors are engaged in the educational process and procedures in our district, legislative policy, legal issues, and education resources in our nation.  They utilize this knowledge to make informed and productive decisions on the path toward providing excellent educational opportunities for the students of Washoe County.
